1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- We accept returns or exchanges for unopened products within 30 days of purchase.
- Customers can request a size exchange for unopened products.
- Damaged packaging or opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Proof of Purchase
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
3. Reporting Damaged Products
- If you receive a damaged product upon delivery, you must report it within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Please send an email to info@bowwloo.com.au with your order details and photos of the damaged product.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us via email at info@bowwloo.com.au with your order details and the reason for return or exchange.
- Further instructions will be provided once your request is reviewed and approved.
6. Additional Notes
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
